Mule Bar has teamed up with Frost Beer Works to bring you an experience in dry hopping. Stop in to try a side by side comparison of our Really Pale Ale or More IIPA and get a second 8 oz pour of our dry-hopped expiermental variety of that same beer. Let your palate discover how dry hopping a beer changes the flavor.

Beer & Hop Descriptions:

Really Pale Ale: a hazy white ale brewed with malted wheat. Its light body and bright, complex dry hop aromatics from combination of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Cascade make it both highly refreshing and full of flavor. ABV: 5.5%, IBUs: 35.

Really Sorachi: 20 gallons of the same beer was separated after primary fermentation and dry-hopped with Sorachi Ace. Sorachi Ace was initially developed for Sapporo in Japan and creates a distinctive lemon and dill character.

More IIPA: a full-flavored IIPA with a malt backbone to support its weight. A grains and Cascade, Centennial, Falconer’s Flight, and Zythos hops shape its distinctive, robust complexity. ABV: 8.5%, IBUs: 85.

More Equinox: 20 gallons of the same beer was separated after primary fermentation and dry-hopped with Equinox. Equinox is was developed by Washington’s Hop Breeding Company and creates an aromatic floral, citrus, and tropical fruit effect.
